The LiN-Arge e.V.  is a registered and non-profit association. It was founded in 2009, emanating from a interdisciplinary working group which had been initiated in 2005. Currently nurses, physiotherapists and occupational therapists are members of the association. They are either trainer for LiN or passing an education for becoming trainer. Twice a year the members meet in order to exchange their knowledge, to update the members about new developments and to further develop their skills.

The aim of the LiN-Arge is to teach, to develop and to scientifically evaluate LiN. The association decides on the courses content of the standardized LiN-basic courses and about the training mode for becoming a trainer. Only members of the LiN-Arge e.V. are authorized to teach recognized LiN-courses.
